Vision Health Visitor
Job Description
• Every day visiting rural places (Villages)
• Conducting door to door Survey
• Identify Cataract Patients
• Issue ID Cards (Yellow Card) to identified patients
• Counseling the patients and convincing patients to come to the camp with the given ID card
• Creating awareness between people and making Publicity in villages
• Organizing and attending camps
• Keeping track of Drop out patients
• Sending post cards
• Following up review patients
• Identifying future sponsors
• Coordination between Sponsors & Hospital
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
