Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser (Male/Female) with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging store displays that attract customers and drive sales. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards, and you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing store displays that reflect the brand's image and appeal to customers
• Maintain and update window displays, in-store displays, and signage to keep the store looking fresh and engaging
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create visually attractive promotional materials
• Ensure that product displays are organized, neat, and easy for customers to browse
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to optimize visual merchandising strategies
• Work with store managers to arrange layouts and product placements based on customer preferences
• Ensure that the store's visual elements align with seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male/Female candidates
• 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail
• Understanding of current design trends and merchandising principles
• Ability to collaborate with a team and communicate effectively
• Good knowledge of retail environment, customer preferences, and sales strategies
• Experience in working with store displays, window displays, and promotional setups

• Negotiable based on experience
