, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their visa applications. This is a consumer-facing position within one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the travel space. You will gain valuable experience in the travel and immigration industry while contributing to our mission.

Provide detailed information on visa requirements and guide clients through the application process. Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Liaise with consulates and embassies to facilitate the visa process. Track application statuses and proactively update clients on progress. Ensure the confidentiality of client data. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.

The ideal candidate

Education:

Pursuing Graduation or Master's in any field (or have already graduated)

Detail-Oriented & Organized:

You possess an exceptional eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

Strong Communicator:

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to provide clear instructions and updates to customers.

Tech-Savvy:

You are comfortable working with computers and digital tools, able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

Customer-Centric:

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, and you're dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients.
