Job Overview: We need an experienced Migration Service Specialist to lead our Immigration Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire migration process for clients seeking skilled migration to Australia. Strong knowledge about Australia's skilled migration program as well as leadership quality will be essential to ensure the success of our immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:-
Department Leadership: The candidate will lead and mentor a growing team, ensuring that all operations align with our business goals and client needs as the head of the ImmigrationDepartment
.- Client Consultation: The candidate will work closely with clients to assess their eligibility for various Australian visa categories under the skilled migration program, with a strong focus on skill assessment processes that are crucial for securing permanent residency (PR).
- ImmiAccount Expertise: The candidate will utilize their expertise with ImmiAccount to efficiently manage and process visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian immigration laws
.- Recruitment Support: The candidate will leverage industry connections to assist our HR team in recruiting skilled professionals for the company and play an active role in the expansion of the team.
- Visa Processing: The candidate will oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications, tracking their progress and addressing any issues that arise during the process.
- Client Communication: The candidate will maintain regular communication with clients throughout the migration process, providing updates, answering questions, and managing expectations.
- Report Preparation: The candidate will prepare and submit regular reports to the Assistant Manager on the status of client cases and any challenges faced during the migration process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Significant experience in a similar position within the immigration industry is required. Specific experience with Australia Skilled migration as well as job sponsorship visa program is essential. Candidate's expertise on skill assessments and the ImmiAccount system related to the Australia Skilled immigration program is crucial.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a team and lead the Immigration Department effectively.
- Industry Connections: Strong connections within the immigration and recruitment industry to assist in the hiring process for the company. Though this is not absolutely needed, rather good to have.
- Communication Skills: While excellent communication skills are not mandatory, good communication abilities are highly valued.
Working Hours:
- Wednesday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday and Tuesday: Weekly offs
Note: During the initial phase, these hours may be adjusted as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?55,000.00 per month
