IMygrate, a dynamic Canada-based RCIC company with a team in Chandigarh, seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will:
- Assist clients in preparing documents for various types of visa applications, including Spusal Open Work Permit, Visitor Visa, PR, and others
- Maintain data of clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth application processing.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Canadian immigration policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience in visa filing, specifically with Canadian immigration programs.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Has a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
