• Provide information about visa requirements, processing times, and necessary documentation.
• Address customer queries and concerns regarding passports and visas.
• Collect and review all necessary documents from clients for passport and visa applications.
• Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with the requirements of the destination country.
• Prepare and submit visa and passport applications on behalf of clients
• Liaise with relevant embassies, consulates, and passport offices to track the status of applications.
• Stay updated on changes in visa and passport regulations and inform clients accordingly.
• Maintain organized records of all visa and passport applications.
• Track and manage expiration dates of passports and visas for clients.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant government authorities, embassies, and consulates.
• Keep up-to-date of any changes in visa and passport application procedures.
• Inform clients about the status of their visa and passport applications.
• Provide regular updates on any delays, rejections, or additional requirements.
• Address any issues or complications that may arise during the visa and passport application process.
• Work to resolve problems, such as visa rejections, and provide alternative solutions when possible.

Job Specification :
• Bachelor's degree from recognised university
• 2-3 years' experience in customer service industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Gujarati, English, Hindi)
• Attention to details, Coordination Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management
