•Requirements•

• Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements.•

• Understanding of travel laws and regulations.•

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•

• Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants.
• Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories.
• Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
• Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
• Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.
• Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.
• Managing the update of visa records in the system.
• Making sure clients comply with the terms and conditions of the visas.

• Good time management and organizational skills.•

• Detail-oriented and research driven individual.•

The process involves counselling the Candidates for overseas education;

Follow-up with the candidate, solving the candidates queries and handling the registrations.

Filing the application forms verifying.

Maintaining the data of all Candidates registered and their Visa status etc.

Counsel Candidates and send them abroad for better future

Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective Candidates.

Train & hire new candidates.

Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,920.13 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• work visa counsellor: 1 year (Preferred)
