We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Visa Counsellor

to guide clients through the visa application process for study, work, travel, or immigration purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international visa procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide accurate and timely advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed information on visa requirements, processes, and documentation for various countries. Assess clients' eligibility and advise on the best visa options based on their profile and goals. Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed. Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and documentation. Offer post-visa support services as needed (e.g., pre-departure briefings, accommodation guidance). Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
