Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, thorough knowledge of visa regulations, and the ability to handle client queries with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on visa application procedures for various countries (student, tourist, work, immigration, etc.). Assess client eligibility based on visa requirements and provide appropriate guidance. Review and assist with the preparation and submission of visa applications and supporting documents. Stay updated on visa laws, policies, and procedures for different countries. Schedule visa interviews and ensure clients are well-prepared. Maintain strong relationships with consulates, embassies, and partner institutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups. Provide post-visa support services when required (e.g., pre-departure briefings). Handle client queries and escalate issues where necessary. Meet monthly targets related to visa success rate and client conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in international relations, business, or counseling). Prior experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or overseas education preferred. Strong knowledge of visa application processes for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen states. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
