Position: Visa Counsellor

Location: Ahmedabad, India (Full-time, In-person)

Salary: INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

? ?Visa Counseling: Guide clients through the process of selecting and applying for suitable visas for Canada and other countries , ensuring they understand requirements and procedures.

? ? Office Administration: Handle administrative tasks including organizing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

? ?Sales Support: Assist in sales activities by maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and following up on leads.

? ? Client Relationship Management: Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their visa requirements, provide updates on application progress, and address their queries and concerns.

? ?Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.

? ? Documentation and Compliance: Review, verify, and prepare necessary documentation for visa applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

? ?Social Media Proficiency: Utilize social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and maintain an active online presence.

? ?Problem Solving: Employ excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address any issues effectively.

? ? Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with team members and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

? ?Experience: Previous experience in office administration, sales, or visa counseling roles is required.

? ? Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and support sales efforts.

? ?Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

? ? Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

? ? Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms.

? ? Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
