Job Description
Telephonic and F2F Counseling- end to end (Short listing, documentation), Calling (Hot and Warm Calls), preparation and presentation of info session on institutions.
To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada Europe, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland & New Zealand
Telephonic Counseling, in-person Counseling
Options on career advice based on academic background
To explain about colleges and different courses.
Explain about college and embassy fee structure.
Convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
Liaising by phone, email, letter, fax with students, other offices
Assisting IELTS preparations
Provide the career counseling to the students in different fields.
Maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
To follow up the clients for further registrations
