Position Overview:

As a Visa Counselor for Canada, your primary responsibility is to guide and assist individuals in their visa application process for various visa types to Canada. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide accurate and up-to-date information, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. Your role involves assessing eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, and offering guidance throughout the application process. You will collaborate with immigration authorities, maintain knowledge of current policies, and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their immigration goals, assess their eligibility for different visa types, and provide relevant information based on their specific circumstances.
• Assist clients in preparing accurate and complete visa applications, ensuring all required documents are included and organized according to specific visa requirements.
• Carefully review client-provided documents, identifying any deficiencies or errors, and provide guidance on how to address them to maximize the chances of visa approval.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures related to Canadian visas across various categories. Ensure clients' applications adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the application process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Provide updates on the status of applications and inform clients of any additional requirements or changes.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including answering inquiries, guiding them through interviews or medical examinations if required, and offering post-visa services as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, application details, and documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in any field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Visa Counselor or Immigration Consultant, specifically with Canadian visa applications across multiple visa types.
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with visa categories such as study permit for Canada, Australia, USA and UK.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze complex documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and immigration authorities.
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to empathize, provide clear explanations, and manage client expectations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools for documentation, record-keeping, and communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
