Visa Counselor Responsibilities Include

• Calling on data provided and incoming calls , understand query and guide visa process and our services to clients.
• Completing targets for month of sales.
• Retain clients fo company
• Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants.
• Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories.
• Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
• Prior experience in visa services.
• Contacting visa applicants to verify application information and gather additional required documents or information.
• Reviewing visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Providing clear instructions to applicants regarding required documentation and any specific format or criteria.
• Addressing applicant inquiries or concerns regarding the visa application process.
• Staying updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.

Job Brief

• Ensure accuracy when assisting with the coordination, issuance, and handling of visas.
• Advise and guide applicants through the visa application process.
• Keep up to date with current visa rules and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,424.21 - ?35,734.92 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Visa Counsling: 1 year (Preferred)
