Job Summary:

DigiManiac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS examination through structured teaching methods, personalized coaching, and continuous assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IELTS training classes for students aiming to achieve high band scores. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice tests aligned with IELTS formats (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). Provide individual and group sessions tailored to each student's needs. Monitor student progress through regular mock tests and performance reviews. Offer feedback and improvement strategies to help students enhance their performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in IELTS formats and scoring. Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and outcomes. Provide guidance and counseling to students about the IELTS process and exam requirements. Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

Minimum [1-3] years of experience as an IELTS Trainer or in a similar role. Excellent command over English - both verbal and written. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
