We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Visa Counsellor to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about helping individuals achieve their dreams of studying and working overseas, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and counselling to students and professionals regarding study abroad and immigration options, including visa requirements and processes for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, and Ireland.
• Assist clients with application processes including university admissions , visa documentation , and pre-departure briefings .
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and visa regulations of different countries and ensure compliance in all applications.
• Assess clients' educational and professional backgrounds to recommend the best possible options based on their goals and preferences.
• Support clients in preparing for visa interviews, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet consulate requirements.
• Provide regular follow-ups and updates to clients regarding their visa application status.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage the entire visa application pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with universities, embassies, and other relevant authorities to resolve client queries and issues.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in a related field such as international relations, education, or business).
• Proven experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy is a plus .
• Strong understanding of visa regulations and immigration procedures for major study/work destinations like the UK, Canada, Australia, and Ireland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple client cases and maintain attention to detail in documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
