• Assisting Staff and Students: Provide guidance and support to staff and students regarding visa applications and procedures.
• Handle Direct Inquiries: Manage and address inquiries from direct walk-ins, offering accurate information and assistance.
• Reception Area Management: Maintain a safe and clean reception area by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Telecommunication System Maintenance: Ensure the telecommunication system is functional and address any issues promptly.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all visa-related inquiries and applications.
• Compliance: Ensure all procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and providing timely updates on application statuses.

• Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
