The ideal candidate will support the Virtual Vehicle Department About:- In this role you\'ll: Be a part of Vehicle Test & Development Team which will include NVH testing for New Product development. This comprehensively covers the overall project right from Target setting, benchmarking competitors, evaluation of Prototypes, addressing & recommending countermeasures, validating it until SOP. Job Descriptio n: Conduct Vehicle level NVH perf tests at in-house, third-party proving grounds & in Semi / Full anechoic chamber. Ability to optimize / set development targets for each segment based on Benchmarking data & Customer requirement (Strong knowledge on Automotive trend, customer expectation highly expected). Part level selection & optimization of specification accounting to the performance of Vehicle NVH. Ability to instrument, log & analyze data from Microphone, Accelerometer, Impact hammer etc. Ability to use analysis software like LMS Test Lab proficiently & Artemis Test Suite (Hands on experience to analyze noise & vibrations from Various sources like PT, Road, structure & airborne). Knowledge on different types of Isolation materials used for reducing NVH in vehicle level. Investigate product failures and make test reports, based on detailed Study along with designer & Vendors. Work in close collaboration with Design & CAE Teams Candidates Profiles: Experience in Automobiles OEM with the following requirement Education Level-Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Automobile or relevant field. 4-8 years of experience required in driving skills- i.e. NVH Subjective evaluation expertise. Automotive vehicle/systems testing experience, technical report writing and data processing.
