GaoTek Inc is seeking talented and motivated individuals who can speak Chinese for our Virtual Internship Program in various departments, including HR, Tech Support, Business Development, and Graphics. This internship provides a unique chance to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team while contributing to the growth and success of our global organization. Duration: [3 months] Responsibilities: HR (Human Resources): Assist with recruitment efforts by identifying potential candidates through Chinese-language platforms and channels. Conduct initial screening and assessments of Chinese-speaking candidates. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities for Chinese-speaking team members. Assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives with a focus on Chinese-speaking participants. Tech Support: Provide technical support to Chinese-speaking customers . Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services in the Chinese language. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex problems efficiently. Business Development: Conduct market research and analysis on Chinese markets and industries to identify potential business opportunities. Assist in preparing Chinese-language business proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners. Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients to establish and maintain strong business relationships. Graphics: Create visual content, graphics, and illustrations with a focus on Chinese language and cultural relevance. Assist in designing marketing materials, social media graphics, and website visuals in Chinese. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across Chinese platforms. Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate culturally relevant elements in the artwork. Requirements: Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English languages (spoken and written). Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a ny program Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a virtual team. Passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
