The EA/ Admin is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations at Keiretsu Forum Northwest and Rockies.
The goal of this position is to assist and maximize member renewal along with managing monthly forum events.

Essential Functions of EA
Member Services
• Prospect Tracking & Follow Up
• Calendar Management
• Maintain new member prospect sheets
• Respond to email on behalf of the Director.
• Inbox Management.
• Schedule meetings
• Send follow up materials, letters, thank you cards, etc.
• Update PowerPoint presentation for monthly forums.
• Attend/Support Forum meetings
• Research on attendees and promote them in the webinar
• Data Entry - Updating CRM.
• Calling Event Registrations.
• Registration Tracking.
• Project Management.
Qualifications
• Experience in entrepreneurship and finance and another relevant fields
• Skills with Office 365, Task Management Software and CRM
• Ability to work pro-actively and drive team performance towards objectives
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be organized and be able to organize fellow team members
