Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize emails, appointments, and calendars.
• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Social Media Management:
• Assist in managing social media accounts.
• Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
