We're looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with

1+ year of experience

to assist in client outreach, acquisition campaigns, and lead tracking. As a key player in our client success strategy, you'll manage communication via email, phone, and social media, pitch services, and handle CRM tools like

HubSpot

and

Salesforce

.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct outreach and acquisition via emails, calls, and social media. Engage with potential clients, pitch automation services, and onboard them. Maintain professionalism, meet outreach targets, and follow guidelines. Track leads and ensure follow-ups using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce). Set up and manage calling systems (dialers, VoIP).

Qualifications

:

1+ year of experience

in virtual assistance and client outreach. Strong

English communication skills

(spoken and written). Experience with CRM tools and calling infrastructure. Ability to work independently during night shifts.
