We help organizations and leaders in business develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth and business development.ABOUT THE ROLE (ENTRY-LEVEL, PART-TIME)The Virtual Admin is responsible for assisting in planning, execution and monitoring projects on our websites, social media pages and newsletters. The actual responsibility of your role may vary based on your skills. We offer competitive base pay and commission structure, paid training and ongoing support.The RoleKEY CONTRIBUTIONS

• Helping to develop branded media content and communications
• Monitoring engagement metrics and managing social media posts
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and subscriber newsletters
• Providing key updates via email and WhatsApp to confirm progress
• Participating in weekly meetings to discuss project feedback

• Strong internet connection with experience in Google Meet and/or Zoom
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets applications such as Google Docs and Sheets
• Experience with or willingness to quickly learn one or more role-relevant platforms such as Canva, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Instagram, Mailchimp, Squarespace, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, and work satisfactorily with minimal supervision
