Job Description
:Role/Job Title: Vigilance AssociateFunction: VigilanceJob Purpose:Vigilance Associate shall be responsible for managing and maintaining effective communication/liaison with Law Enforcement Authorities and external counsels within defined turnaround time.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Staff Account monitoring:
- Retrieve and analyze employee bank statements periodically.
- Coordinate with business and IT functions to retrieve reports and databases.
- Perform data hygiene checks to ensure proper formatting.
- Analyze data to identify conflicts of interest, code of conduct violations, and other risks.
- Work with large data sets to generate summary dashboards.
- Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and escalate matters to relevant personnel.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
- Investigations and Interviews:
- Assist in conducting investigations within set timelines by performing complex analysis and conducting various checks
- Assist in sensitive and complex interviews.
- Draft Minutes of Interviews and other investigative documents.
- Identify breaches in the bank\'s code of conduct and recommend actions.
- Suggest enhancements to current control processes.
- Maintain case records and ensure compliance.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in initiatives like Preventive Vigilance, automation, and Vigilance awareness week.
- Raise awareness about Vigilance at the top levels of the organization.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings and draft Investigation Reports.
