Reporting to a platform technology Lead, this full-time and permanent position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our operational technology team. This is a global role and can be based in the UK, Channel Islands, Amsterdam, Malaysia or India.Candidates must have experience of Entity Management and Document Management Systems, ideally Viewpoint.Purpose of the role:The Viewpoint Product Manager works within the Client Lifecycle Platform technical operations and development team, providing a technical link between platform and global component owners and users, thereby enabling the platform to meet the needs of the business. They help develop and deliver on the Technology aspects of a mutually agreed platform roadmap, working with the various Component Owners, other Platform teams, users and stakeholdersScope of work will be focussed mainly on the Client Lifecycle Management platform, particularly the global VPoint and legacy Viewpoint application which supports Vistra\'s Entity Management, Document Management, Time Recording and Invoicing, plus Company Secretarial , Regulatory Filings and Submissions services. There is a requirement to coordinate with other dependent platform and their components. Therefore, the scope of the role is global with multiple stakeholders across the entire Vistra groupKey responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of the Global systems platform, as implemented across all Vistra business units
  • Provide specialist knowledge on the specific technology solutions implemented
  • Work alongside the business and CLM Business team to identity solutions to business challenges in relation to the implemented technology solutions
  • Liaise with external vendors in relation to issue management, as well as any formal enhancement requests
  • Act as an escalation point for any technology issues and risks that need to be addressed related to the platform
  • Provide the appropriate level of detail and effectively communicate activity, challenges, accomplishments, blockers to all key stakeholders in a timely manner
Atrtibutes/ Technical Skills:
  • Strong Entity Management, Document Management and Financial systems technical and strategic awareness.
  • Specific knowledge of the supported Vistra client service offering, products, operational processes and controls
  • Familiar with available Entity Management, DMS and Invoicing / Accounting technologies, ideally ViewPoint
  • Knowledge of change management controls operating within a multinational and matrixed financial services group
  • Demonstrable experience in leadership with an ability to display diplomacy and good judgement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with natural ability to adapt language and communication style to suit the intended recipient
  • Effective planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with all levels of the management and staff
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to make meaningful contributions to solution design, to ensure due regard to the business perspective
Relevant Experience:ESSENTIAL:
  • Senior managerial experience within Entity Management, DMS and Invoicing / Accounting areas
  • A strong understanding of the clients, services, processes and data associated with the relevant component(s)
  • Deep experience with Technology operations and technical/operational improvement projects and initiatives
  • Expert in standard development practice and processes
  • Significant experience of working with global technical teams and applications in a services-based organisation
  • Excellent professional fluency in written and oral English
DESIRABLE:Wider Client Lifecycle Management expertise and experienceEducation and Professional QualificationsDESIRABLE:
  • Relevant business specific qualifications and memberships
  • Educated to degree standard; Masters degree preferred
  • Project/change management qualifications (Agile, Prince2)
  • Operational and business analysis qualifications (ITIL, Lean)
