Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.
Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :
o Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.
o Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

La duree d'un VIE est de 6 a 24 mois en fonction du lieu d'affectation.
Une opportunite en VIE RH Internationales et Gouvernance se presente au sein d' Airbus India Office a Bangalore . Vous rejoindrez le departement des Ressources Humaines.
Dans ce role, vous apporterez votre assistance a diverses initiatives de la region Inde, dont notamment:
• Assister le Directeur RH dans les taches de gouvernance administratives
• Creer et gerer des projets
• Collaborer et contribuer aux projets de gouvernance RH lies aux KPIs et a la performance
Vos challenges:
• Travailler au developpement de la region au travers des processus RH
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin de comprendre les besoins du business et de proposer des projets de management alignes avec les objectifs strategiques de l'entreprise
• Creer des Plans de projets, de chartres, et de planning associes
• Suivre la progression des projets , proposer des solutions concretes lorsque necessaire
Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir dans le pays tous les 2 a 3 mois, et eventuellement a Toulouse ou est situee une partie de l'equipe. Vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence.
Votre carte d'embarquement:
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :
• Titulaire d'un diplome en Business, Ressources Humaines , Management ou equivalent
• 2 a 3 ans d'experience en RH ou Business de preference (alternance et stage inclus)
• Domaines d'expertise digitale, pensee critique, communication et collaboration
• Outils informatiques
En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :
• Excellente communication verbale et ecrite
• Fortes competences analytiques et organisationnelles
• Pensee critique

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.
A VIE for the HR International & Governance Team within Region has arisen within Airbus India Office in Bengaluru . You will join the Human Resources Department.
In this role you will be supporting several initiatives within the India region. Mainly:
- Supporting the Director of HR with governance administration tasks
- Creating & managing project plans
- Collaborating & contributing to HR governance projects around KPIs and performance
Your challenges:
• Working to support the growth of the Region from HR Processes.
• Works with key stakeholders to understand the business needs, and creates a project management plan that aligns with the company's strategic objectives
• Creates project plans, project charters and project schedules
• Reports on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
This role will involve some travel for business, once every 2-3 months in Country and as needed to Toulouse where the rest of the team is based and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Your boarding pass:
You have the following skills and experience:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business, HR, Management studies or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or business preferred (areas of expertise digital skills, critical thinking, communication and collaboration) (apprenticeships and internships included )
• IT tools
In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
• Communication with excellent verbal and written ability
• good analytical and strong organizational skills,
• Critical Thinking
• Problem Solving
• Language Skills: intermediate/advanced level of English
