Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience
remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.
Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :
o Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.
o Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Airbus est a la recherche de son futur VIE Marketing Emploi h/f pour poursuivre notre mission d'ameliorer sa marque Emploi et de solidifier les relations avec le top des institutions academiques en Inde.
Sous la direction du directeur de la marque Emploi pour Airbus India, le/la candidat (e) ideal(e) devra renforcer la reputation d'Airbus en tant qu'employeur de choix. Vous rejoindrez le departement des Ressources Humaines au sein d' Airbus India Office, a Bangalore .
Vos challenges:
Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :
• Organiser des conferences de facon strategique, des panels de discussions, parrainages, et des challenges en collaboration avec le top tiers des universites indiennes telles que IISc, IIT Bombay et IIT Madras.
• Coordonner et supporter notre Groupe d'Ambassadeurs, comprenant 29 employes, afin d'ameliorer les activites de marque emploi aux exhibitions d'aviation, evenements universitaires, les activites internes a Airbus et nos plateformes en ligne.
• Innover et gerer notre presence sur nos plateformes de reseaux sociaux comme LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram et Facebook, pour nous rendre plus visible et attractif a nos futurs candidats, en coordination avec l'equipe reseaux sociaux europeenne.
• Coordonner et executer nos programmes de depassement STIM (Sciences, Technologies, Ingenierie et Mathematiques), en particulier le programme "Wings of Wonder" pour les filles du college a l'entree au lycee, afin d'inspirer de futurs talents
• Mener l'effort pour atteindre et retenir les certifications telles que "Great place to work" et "Top Employers"
• S'engager dans diverses initiatives Airbus visant a ameliorer la presence de ce dernier en Inde, tel que les programmes encourageant l'expatriation en Inde, la promotion du departement Ingenierie, Aerothon et l'integration des nouveaux embauches.

Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir 2 a 3 fois par mois dans le pays, et au besoin a Toulouse et, de ce fait, vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence.
Votre carte d'embarquement :
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes:
• Titulaire d'un diplome en RH, Business, Management ou equivalent
• 2 a 3 ans d'experience en RH ou Business (alternance et stage inclus)
• Esprit critique, communication et collaboration
• Outils informatiques

Airbus is in search of an VIE (M/F) Employer Branding to further our mission of enhancing our employment brand and solidifying relationships with top academic institutions in India. Under the direction of the Head of Employment Branding for Airbus in India, the ideal candidate will aim to reinforce Airbus' reputation as an employer of choice. You will join the Human Resources Department to be hosted by Airbus India Office in Bengalore.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Strategically organise conferences, panel discussions, sponsorships, challenges in collaboration with top-tier Indian universities, such as IISc, IIT Bombay, and IIT Madras.
• Coordinate and support our Ambassador Group, comprising 29 employees, to enhance employment branding activities at aviation exhibitions, university events, internal Airbus activities, and on our online platforms.
• Innovate and manage our presence on social media platforms like Linkedin, Glassdoor, Instagram, and Facebook, enhancing our visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates, in coordination with the social media team in Europe.
• Coordinate and execute STEM outreach programmes, especially the "Wings of Wonder" initiative for girls in grades 6-10, to inspire future talent.
• Lead the effort to achieve and retain certifications such as Great Place To Work and Top Employers.
• Engages in a variety of Airbus initiatives aimed at enhancing Airbus's presence in India, such as the programme to encourage expatriation to India, the promotion of the engineering department, Aerothon and the induction of new employees.
Your main tasks will include:
• Strategic thinking to plan and implement employment branding initiatives.
• Leadership to inspire teams and drive key certification achievements.
• Collaboration and Teamwork for effective partnership with diverse groups.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate our brand's values and attract top talent.

This role may involve some travel for business, once every 2-3 months in Country and as needed to Toulouse and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Your boarding pass:
You have the following skills and experience:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business, HR, Management studies or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or business preferred (areas of expertise digital skills, critical thinking, communication and collaboration) (apprenticeships and internships included )

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
