Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content, including product demonstrations, factory operations, training videos, and corporate branding materials.
Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both in-house and on-site video shoots.
Direct and coordinate video shoots, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project goals.
Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit raw footage into polished videos with engaging visuals, sound effects, and motion graphics.
Apply color correction, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Ensure videos align with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
Manage video storage, file organization, and backup systems.
Creative & Marketing Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop video concepts and strategies for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Create short-form videos, reels, and animations for digital marketing purposes.
Stay updated with industry trends and new video production techniques to enhance content quality.
Technical & Equipment Management:
Maintain and update video production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and sound recording.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a videographer and editor, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of video shooting techniques, lighting, and audio recording.
Ability to operate drones and advanced camera equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in motion graphics, animation, and 3D modeling.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations is a plus.
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) for multimedia content creation.
