We are looking for a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our team and help us develop high-quality video content for our social media channels and beyond.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from ideation and filming to editing, posting, and analysis. You will be a master of many trades, with skills in videography, video editing (using Adobe Premiere Pro), animation, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Filming:
• Shoot high-quality video content using various filming techniques and equipment.
• Capture compelling visuals that align with brand messaging and target audience.
• Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging and polished videos.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the storytelling.
• Export videos in various formats for different social media platforms and web.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute video content strategies for our social media channels (Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
• Create and edit eye-catching Reels and Instagram Stories using platform-specific tools.
• Understand social media best practices and content algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze video performance and adapt strategies based on insights.
• Animation (Optional):
• Create basic animations (motion graphics) to add visual interest to videos (a plus).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and content creation.
• Proven experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• A strong understanding of social media marketing and best practices (Instagram, Youtube etc.).
• Experience creating Reels and Instagram Stories is a plus.
• Solid videography skills, including knowledge of camera operation and shot composition.
• Basic animation skills (motion graphics) are a plus.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Creative, with a passion for developing engaging video content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
