Job Description

As a Videographer, you will take ownership of the entire video production process, from concept to post-production. You'll work closely with our creative team to craft visually stunning, engaging, and meaningful videos. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, managing shoots, and creating polished final products that align with our creative vision and the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production:
• Capture professional-grade, high-quality video footage using advanced equipment (cameras, lighting, and audio tools).
• Set up and manage video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, audio quality, and optimal shot composition.
• Creative Development:
• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to brainstorm concepts, develop storyboards, and plan shot lists.
• Stay actively involved in pre-production activities such as location scouting, talent coordination, and logistical planning.
• Post-Production:
• Edit video content with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to create high-quality final products.
• Add enhancements such as visual effects, graphics, animation, and sound to ensure engaging and polished results.
• Ensure all final video products meet technical specifications and are optimized for various platforms.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring each project is delivered on time and meets creative standards.
• Maintain video files, equipment, and resources in an organized manner for efficient workflow.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Stay current on the latest videography techniques, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and innovation of our video content.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise:
• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a portfolio or showreel showcasing your proficiency.
• Strong expertise in operating video cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Creative & Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of cinematography principles (composition, lighting, angles, movement) and audio recording techniques.
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and file types across platforms (social media, web, broadcast).
• The ability to create visually captivating videos that align with a creative vision and evoke emotional responses.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, talent, and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage deadlines and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
