Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team on part time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, shooting, and editing high-quality short form videos that capture the essence of our brand and communicate compelling stories.

The Videographer will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create content for various platforms, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, corporate projects, and product showcases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio, and camera equipment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the video objectives and produce visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's messaging.
• Shoot and edit videos for multiple platforms, ensuring that content is engaging and optimised for the intended audience.
• Conduct on-location video shoots in North Goa, ensuring high production quality and capturing the right shots.
• Manage post-production tasks such as editing, colour correction, sound mixing, and adding effects, graphics, and music.
• Create short-form and long-form content, including promotional videos, product demos, interviews, corporate events, and more.
• Stay updated on industry trends and video editing software to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Organise and archive all video footage for future use and ensure content is accessible for team members.
• Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and adheres to the company's creative standards.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound design.
• Experience in color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a strong visual style and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and experience in creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing previous video work.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with drone videography.
• Animation and graphic design skills are a plus.
