Qualification :
? Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Production, Digital Media, or related field. or
? Any Degree with professional training in Photography and Videography.
Experience:
? Proven experience (2-3 years) as a professional videographer, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video shooting, editing, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
? Produce high-quality video content that showcases the salon's services, atmosphere, and client experiences.
? work closely with the salon's marketing team to conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit videos for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, website, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
? leverage the creative skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of videography techniques to create engaging and visually compelling content that reflects the salon's brand identity and resonates with its target audience.
? Collaborate with the salon's marketing team to understand branding guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience preferences.
? Conceptualize, storyboard, and plan video shoots to effectively communicate key messages and showcase the salon's services, staff, and ambiance.
? Coordinate logistics for video productions, including scheduling, location scouting, talent casting, equipment setup, and audio recording.
? Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
? Direct clients and staff members during video shoots to ensure smooth production processes and achieve desired visual outcomes.
? Edit and post-process video footage using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere
Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished and engaging videos.
? Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and create immersive viewing experiences.
? Optimize video content for various distribution channels and formats, including social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), website, and email marketing.
? Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and best practices in videography, digital storytelling, and visual communication.
? Monitor video performance metrics, including views, engagement, and audience retention, to evaluate the effectiveness of video content and inform future productions.
? Maintain organized digital libraries of video assets, ensuring easy access, retrieval, and archival of video files.
? Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality, creativity, and professionalism.
Key Requirements
? Proficiency in operating digital video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, and other production gear.
? Advanced knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro
? Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling video content.
? Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and craftsmanship in all aspects of video production and post-production.
