Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Videographer & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through video production and visual design. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos, animations, and graphic content that align with the company's brand vision, drive audience engagement, and enhance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Videography Responsibilities:

• Video Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, events, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
• Post-Production:
• Edit video footage, add motion graphics, sound, transitions, subtitles, and other visual enhancements to deliver polished, professional content.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all video content.
• Equipment & Management:
• Operate and maintain video equipment, lighting, cameras, and audio gear.
• Recommend new tools or software to enhance production quality.
• Trends & Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with current video trends, creative tools, and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Content Design:
• Design compelling graphics for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, brochures, posters, and presentations.
• Ensure visual content aligns with the brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
• Creative Concepts:
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to brainstorm and execute innovative visual campaigns.
• Brand Consistency:
• Create visual assets that are consistent across all platforms and campaigns.
• Adapt content for different media formats (print, digital, video thumbnails, etc.).
• Design Software:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in videography and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video production and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of video shooting techniques, lighting, and editing workflows.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with color grading and video compression formats.
• Knowledge of photography and editing.
• Understanding of marketing principles and social media platform requirements for visuals.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
