We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills necessary to produce high-quality images and videos. This role involves working closely with our marketing team to create compelling content for our clients' social media platforms and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for a variety of commercial purposes, including social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand clients' needs and develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
• Direct and guide talent during shoots to ensure the best possible outcome.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Maintain an organized archive of all visual content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography, videography, and editing techniques to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
• Assist in the development of storyboards and shot lists for planned shoots.
• Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, preferably in a commercial or advertising setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both photography and videography.
• Expertise in using photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and continuous learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
