Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Videographer and Editor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have either a relevant degree or at least 5 years of professional experience. A background in film production is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content including commercials, interviews, corporate videos, event coverage, and promotional materials.

- Set up and operate video cameras, lighting, audio recording equipment, and other production tools to ensure optimal footage quality.

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video concepts that effectively communicate the brand's message.

- Edit raw footage to create compelling and cohesive video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and add music, sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, and animations to enhance the final product.

- Color correct and grade videos to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs.

- Ensure all video projects are completed in a timely manner and delivered to meet deadlines.

- Continuously improve video editing techniques and stay updated on the latest editing software and trends.

- Flexible to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to align video content with broader marketing strategies.

- Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to provide input on creative concepts and video strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 5+ years of professional experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video work.

- Experience with different types of video production (commercial, social media, corporate, events).

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve.

- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.

- Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.

- Familiarity with file formats, video compression, and optimizing video for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

- Excellent attention to detail and storytelling ability along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
