Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer, Editor, and Poster Creator to join our dynamic real estate agency team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate our properties into captivating video content and visually appealing posters. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our properties and promoting our agency's brand.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and strategies for showcasing properties, agency promotions, and events.

Capture high-quality video footage of properties, interiors, exteriors, and neighborhood highlights using professional equipment.

Edit and enhance raw video footage to create engaging and visually stunning property tours, promotional videos, and marketing content.

Design eye-catching posters, banners, and other visual assets for online and offline marketing campaigns.

Ensure video content and posters align with the agency's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Utilize industry-standard video editing software and graphic design tools to produce polished and compelling multimedia content.

Manage video and design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in videography, video editing, and graphic design to continuously improve the agency's visual content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize video content for various social media platforms, websites, and other online channels.

Maintain and organize video and design assets in an organized and accessible manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, and graphic designer, preferably in a real estate or related industry.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Strong portfolio showcasing your videography, video editing, and graphic design skills.

Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and video production techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative flair.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and clients.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology is a plus.
