Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join our team and contribute to our CSRBOX Projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, excellent technical skills, and the ability to capture compelling visuals that convey the essence of our projects and initiatives. As a Videographer, you will play a vital role in documenting and promoting our CSR activities through engaging video content.

Responsibilities:

Video Production (75%) : This KRA involves planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality videos that align with our project/program's objectives.

Storytelling: You must be able to tell stories through visuals that help our project/program connect with its audience emotionally. The ability to craft compelling narratives is essential to the success of our organisation's mission.

Equipment Maintenance: You should be responsible for ensuring that all video equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. This KRA includes keeping track of inventory, scheduling repairs, and replacing old or broken equipment.

Collaboration: You should be able to collaborate effectively with other members of our team to achieve the organization's goals. This KRA includes working with writers, designers, and project managers to ensure that video content is aligned with the overall objectives of the organisation.

Social Media Management: This KRA includes optimizing videos for various social media platforms and engaging with the audience to build a strong online presence for the organization.

Budget Management: You should be able to manage the budget allocated for video production efficiently. This KRA includes planning and forecasting expenses, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget.

Branding: You should be able to ensure that our organisation's branding is consistent across all video content. This KRA includes designing video graphics, selecting appropriate music, and using the organisation's logo and color scheme consistently throughout the video content.

Please note that your primary focus should be on video production (75%), and video editing (25%) to deliver high-quality videos that will help us achieve our project/program goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit environment.
• Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and other videography gear.
• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of visual storytelling techniques, composition, lighting, and sound design.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into engaging video content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of video projects and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of video optimization techniques for web and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
• Understanding of social impact and CSR concepts is desirable.
• Availability to travel occasionally for on-site video shoots, as per project requirements.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
