We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer cum Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for our YouTube channel. This role demands both technical proficiency and artistic vision to produce engaging videos that align with our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filming: Plan, shoot, and direct videos for YouTube, ensuring they align with our creative vision and content strategy.
• Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, sound design, and special effects.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm video concepts, scripts, and storyboarding.
• YouTube Optimization: Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube with appropriate thumbnails and titles.
• Equipment Handling: Manage and maintain camera gear, lighting, and other production equipment.
• Creativity: Stay updated on trends to bring fresh and engaging ideas to our content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer and editor, preferably with a portfolio of YouTube content.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with YouTube algorithms and audience engagement strategies is a plus.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
