We help fast-growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also managing paid media for them. Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Video Content Specialist who can both shoot and edit high-quality short form UGC video ads for our clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the entire video production process - from on-location shooting to final editing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-location video shoots using mobile equipment (iPhone, lights, microphone)
• Set up proper lighting and audio equipment to ensure awesome quality content
• Edit raw footage into engaging UGC ads optimised for conversions
• Maintain quick turnaround times while ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Upload and organize raw footage and final edits on our cloud storage system
• Collaborate with our creative team to understand client requirements
• Stay updated with latest social media video trends and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in mobile videography and video editing (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro)
• Good understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording
• Experience creating social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific video requirements
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Good communication skills to interact with the team during shoots

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software
• Understanding of video formats and compression
• Knowledge of basic color correction and audio mixing
• Familiarity with mobile filming equipment and accessories
