The Video Submissions Coordinator is responsible for validating and processing user-generated video submissions across various brands in the Trusted Media Brands portfolio. This role ensures that all submissions meet legal and quality standards while supporting the content acquisition process. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain an efficient and organized workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Location: GurgaonYour Day-to-Day (aka Responsibilities):

• Validate video copyright ownership by reviewing documentation for compliance with legal requirements.
• Accurately process and verify legal documents to ensure all criteria are met promptly.
• Monitor video submissions to ensure adherence to content standards, escalating issues when necessary.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain submission workflows according to department guidelines.
• Collaborate with the content acquisition team to support the processing of video pipelines and assist in team projects.

You Have (aka Requirements):

• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, enabling effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital media, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new technologies and tools.
• Familiarity with legal documentation processes and content acquisition standards.
