Job Title: Video Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Specialist to join our Design department. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in video production and editing. As a Video Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing videos that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop video concepts, storyboard ideas, shoot and edit videos, and ensure the final product meets our high-quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for videos that align with our brand identity.
• Shoot and edit videos using industry-standard software and equipment.
• Ensure videos are visually appealing, engaging, and effectively communicate our brand message.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions to videos.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.
• Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain a library of video assets for future use.
• Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.



Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in video production and editing.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video projects is highly desirable.
