Video Producer needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai.Immediate Joining.Seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Producer to lead video content production for the organization. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality video content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Key Responsibilitiesxe2x97x8f Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video campaigns that align with company goals, including brand videos, explainer videos, and social media content.xe2x97x8f Develop a scalable video content strategy for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).xe2x97x8f Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including testimonials, brand stories, explainer videos, webinars, and ad campaigns.xe2x97x8f Create engaging short-form content for social media, including Reels and Shorts,xe2x97x8f Lead the creative vision for all video projects, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.xe2x97x8f Script and storyboard video content to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with campaign objectives.xe2x97x8f Manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing.xe2x97x8f Build and maintain a production calendar to ensure timely delivery of video projects.xe2x97x8f Use industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and GenAI tools to produce professional-grade videos.xe2x97x8f Experiment with Generative AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative outputs.xe2x97x8f Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and other marketing team members to integrate video content into broader campaigns.xe2x97x8f Partner with external vendors or freelancers as needed for large-scale productions.Qualificationsxe2x97x8f Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.xe2x97x8f 5+ years of experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics.xe2x97x8f Expertise in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).xe2x97x8f Proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects.xe2x97x8f Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content creation is a strong plus.xe2x97x8f Strong storytelling and creative direction skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video styles.xe2x97x8f Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.xe2x97x8f Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Only local candidates are needed.
