building prediction markets for India. On Probo, users can find questions on many topics of their interest, like sports, news, finance and many more. Users can

swipe yes or no to express their opinion and place trade(s), and by doing so they enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Probo is a matching engine that enables the execution of this event contract. Each trade is INR 10, and at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the quantum at stake.

About the role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video & Motion Graphics Designer to support our design and marketing team. The professional will assist in designing content for various marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your design skills in a professional setting.

What will you do?

Create engaging video advertisements, motion graphics, and animated content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and TV. Develop high-quality motion graphics for various campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver visually compelling content that aligns with brand messaging. Edit and optimize video content, integrating visual effects and motion graphics seamlessly into video ads. Utilize typography, color schemes, and visual storytelling to enhance brand identity and improve user engagement. Work within given deadlines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table. Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

4-5 years

of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement. Experience working with motion design tools such as Lottie and Rive. Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools) is a strong plus. Solid understanding of video production processes, including sound synchronization and video editing. Knowledge of AI tools for design, including the ability to leverage AI in creating unique visuals or automating workflows (e.g., Midjourney or Runway). Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects, including video ads, explainer videos, social media content, and branding animations. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for interactive media or web design. Knowledge of 2D and 3D motion design techniques and animation. Understanding of UX/UI design principles in relation to animation. Ability to adapt design style to various project needs and brand identities.
