Position Overview LeadSquared is looking for a Video Marketing Specialist to lead and drive all video activities and initiatives for LeadSquared. From hosting webinars to creating short demo videos (where you are the presenter), to managing video marketing operations, this role requires complete video project management. The Video Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive video marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, produce, and optimize video content tailored to our target audience in the B2B SaaS space. Responsibilities: Webinar Management
Find exciting ways to promote LeadSquared webinars on social media channels.
Host the sessions and engage with guest speakers during the event.
Create and maintain weekly reports of registration-attendee numbers, and demo requests.
He/she will be the sole custodian of revenue generated through webinars. Video Content Strategy
Develop and implement a cohesive video content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience personas.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
Video Production and Editing
Manage end-to-end video production processes, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and creative agencies to ensure high-quality video deliverables that resonate with our audience.
Content Distribution and Promotion:
Implement strategies to maximize the reach and engagement of video content across digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Optimize video content for SEO and leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics, such as views, watch time, and conversion rates.
Explore opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and guest appearances to expand our video marketing reach and visibility. Brand Storytelling and Messaging:
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all video content and channels.
Collaborate with the content team to repurpose video assets into other content formats, such as blog posts, case studies, and infographics. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to video marketing initiatives and campaigns, and generate regular reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or any other related field or experience would be a bonus.
1-3 Years of experience in hosting and organizing webinars or similar virtual events.
Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written.
Outgoing, confident and dynamic personality.
Software savvy; passionate about new technologies and trends.
Must be comfortable using webinar tools, PowerPoint and other presentation software
