Job Role : Video KYC Analyst

IMMEDIATE JOINERS - 15 DAYS NOTICE PERIOD

Candidate should be from Fintech / Banking / Financial Industry.

: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Video KYC Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services or related industry. As a Video KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting remote verification and authentication of customer identities via video calls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct video KYC (Know Your Customer) verification processes for new and existing customers.
• Verify customer identity documents and information in real-time during video calls.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the KYC process.
• Maintain accurate records of KYC activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve KYC-related issues and escalations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to customer service teams regarding KYC procedures and requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in KYC operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Video KYC Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and CFT (Countering the Financing of Terrorism) requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in using Video KYC tools and platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?1,211,569.13 per year
