Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing graphics for product listings, including images for the website and app.
• Design engaging social media posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to promote products and engage with the audience.
• Develop eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for videos to attract clicks and views.
• Design banners, headers, and profile pictures for social media pages to maintain brand consistency.
• Produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters for offline marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns through visual content.
• Ensure all graphics are aligned with brand guidelines and reflect the brand's identity and values.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to maintain a high standard of design quality.
• Optimise graphics for different platforms and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and optimal viewing experience.
• Manage and organise digital assets including images, icons, and templates for easy access and reuse.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools is essential. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques is also important.
• Candidate should be able to manage their time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Being organised helps ensure that projects are completed efficiently and that all necessary steps in the design process are followed.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing
