Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics, including social media posts, banners, infographics, presentations, and print materials.
Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies that align with our brand identity and goals.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all visual assets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design and video trends, tools, and technologies.
Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
Provide creative input and support during brainstorming sessions and project planning meetings.
Mentor junior designers and video editors, offering guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in Corel Draw & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing work.
Excellent understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
