Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering motion graphics/raw footage videos for various media while also conducting graphic design work
• Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colours, animation, etc., for graphic design, ensuring seamless integration with video content
• Demonstrating a working knowledge of creating 2D animated videos, explainer videos, etc., alongside proficient graphic design skills
• Having a keen sense of design and the ability to follow and enhance brand language across both video and graphic design elements
• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics while also incorporating graphic design elements for cohesive visuals
• Staying up to date on the latest graphic and video design techniques, continually refining skills in both areas
• Creating reels and short videos for real estate projects, integrating graphic design elements to convey key messages effectively
• Being a self-starter with the ability to create high-quality videos and graphic designs autonomously
• Also, required to visit sites for video production purposes

Additionally, What We Want :

• A bachelor's degree in film editing or a related field is necessary.
• 2-3 years of experience in a video specialist or comparable position is preferred.
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro X and Adobe After Effects.
• Demonstrates strong creative thinking skills.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of motion graphics, 2D animations, and 3D animations.
• Experience in conducting both video and photo shoots.
• Familiarity with equipment and a solid understanding of its usage.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in Real Estate or related industries is essential.
• Self-starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented.

Hours of Work: 10:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (Monday to Sunday 1 day week off on weekdays) (Full Time)
