Role Overview:
We seek a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum YouTube Manager to handle video production and channel management. This role blends creative video editing with strategic YouTube channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for high quality and engagement.
• Manage and optimize YouTube channel performance.
• Develop and adhere to a content schedule.
• Create and promote engaging content across social media.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Video Engagement: Watch time, view count, engagement rate.
• Channel Performance: Subscriber growth, CTR, retention rate.
• Content Quality: Adherence to schedule, content accuracy.
• Marketing Effectiveness: Conversion rate, social media engagement.
• SEO & Optimization: Search ranking, SEO score.
• Audience Insights: Demographic reach, feedback volume.
• Technical Quality: Video resolution, error rate.
• Efficiency: Production time, project management.
• Analytics: Timely reports, data-driven decisions.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and performance tracking.
• Graphic design skills for thumbnails and banners.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
