Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our Marketing team. As a Video Editor, you will

be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for various digital platforms. The ideal

candidate should have a passion for storytelling through video, strong technical skills in video editing

software, and the ability to work collaboratively with producers, directors, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the vision and direction of

the project stakeholders.

Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.

Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as required.

Create rough and final cuts ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running of the video.

Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to platform

specifications.

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to

maximize efficiency and quality.

Manage and organize video files and maintain an organized video library.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideasfor video content.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,

Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Editing, Multimedia, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,371.42 - ?33,778.42 per month
