Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor at Possessive Panda, you will assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the company's vision and is suitable for broadcasting. You should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for various platforms, including web, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging video content.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video content.
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Create rough and final cuts.
• Ensure all editing cuts, splices, and transitions are seamless and meet high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure top-notch video quality and storytelling.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software, including Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, audio mixing, and color correction.
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Ability to take and follow directions, as well as work independently when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
